Services

Advise, review, or run it outright.

Five service lines, one commercial discipline. We can advise on a single stage, review what you already have, or take the work off your hands entirely. Whichever it is, the senior people who scope the work are the people who do it.

What we do

Five service lines. One discipline.

Most engagements draw on more than one of these. We would rather understand the problem first and then tell you which parts of it we should touch.

01

Procurement delivery

Practitioner to programme

Hands-on support from a single tender through to complex programmes of work. An extra pair of experienced hands when the workload spikes, or a full team when the programme needs one.

  • Competitive tenders run end to end
  • Market engagement and supplier selection
  • Supply chain optimisation

02

Commercial leadership

Director level

Interim and fractional cover at Commercial Director and Head of Procurement level, through to organisational transformation. Senior people who have run functions, not just reviewed them.

  • Interim Head of Procurement
  • Fractional Commercial Director
  • Function design and transformation

03

Function reviews

Assessment

An honest, balanced assessment of your commercial function and your spend. Where it is strong, where value is leaking away, and a practical route to better that your team can actually follow.

  • Spend analysis and leakage review
  • Capability and structure assessment
  • Prioritised improvement plan

04

Contract management

Award to exit

Value does not stop at award. We build contract management that keeps delivering from day one through to exit, so the benefits you signed up for actually arrive.

  • Contract mobilisation
  • Supplier performance management
  • Exit and re-procurement planning

05

Compliance and governance

Procurement Act 2023

Confidence around the Procurement Act 2023 and the regulations beneath it. Clear processes and governance built on best practice rather than box-ticking, so the right decisions are easy to evidence.

  • Procurement Act 2023 readiness
  • Policy and process design
  • Governance and audit support

Working together

How an engagement starts.

Almost all of our work arrives through recommendation rather than tender, so the process is deliberately short. There is no bid team to feed and no discovery fee to pay before anyone is useful.

  1. 01

    A conversation

You describe the problem in your own words. No pitch deck required, and nothing to sign before we talk.

  2. 02

    An honest answer

We tell you whether we can help, and which parts of it you would be better off keeping in-house.

  3. 03

    A scope and a price

We go away and work out what it would take, then come back with scope, timings and what it would cost.

  4. 04

    Senior delivery

The people who scoped it are the people who do it, and the function is handed back stronger than we found it.

Not sure which one you need?

That is usually the right place to start. Describe what you are wrestling with and we will point you at the right service, or tell you plainly that you do not need us.
